Where are your slippers from?
We work with suppliers and manufacturers from China. We also take a lot of care in making sure they come highly rated with plenty of feedback.

What if there's a problem with my product?
No problem, send it back to us and we can either return your money or send you another. Your choice.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
That’s fine, just let us know and return product back to us within 28 days. And we’ll send your money right back.

I have a voucher, how do I use it?
On the payment page you will be able to enter your voucher details. If it doesn't work, let us know and we'll help you out.

Are orders trackable?
Of course, we’ll send you these details once your order’s been placed.
